From Your Inquiry to Your Door — 7 Steps
Every Jayaplant order follows the same transparent sequence, with photo updates at each stage. Most buyers receive their first quotation within 48 hours and their plants within 2–4 weeks of deposit.
Steps 1–3 · Inquiry to Deposit
1) Send your want-list via the RFQ form or WhatsApp. 2) Within 48 hours you receive a complete quotation — plant prices, packing, freight options, and Incoterm choices. 3) On agreement, a proforma invoice is issued; production starts at 50% deposit (T/T or Wise).
Steps 4–5 · Preparation & Inspection
4) Your plants are pulled from stock, root-washed, and hardened for transit — you receive photos of your actual plants for approval. 5) Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine inspects the shipment and issues the official phytosanitary certificate.
Steps 6–7 · Packing & Shipment
6) Plants are wrapped in moist sphagnum, boxed in ventilated cartons, photographed, and sealed. 7) Shipment departs — courier (3–6 days), air cargo (2–5 days), or sea reefer (3–5 weeks) — with tracking and all documents sent to you; balance is due against the shipping documents.
