Grading Standards
Every species has a written grade spec: leaf count, height/spread, root mass, and finish. Grade A ships to retail buyers; Grade B is offered honestly at grower prices; anything below is not exported at all.
Pest & Disease Discipline
Weekly IPM scouting, isolation benches for incoming mother stock, and a mandatory 14-day clean window before any plant enters packing. Quarantine inspection is a checkpoint we prepare for — not a hurdle we hope to pass.
Transit Survival Engineering
Bare-root prep, moisture-balanced sphagnum, ventilated cartons, seasonal heat/cold packs, and box drop-testing. The result we manage to: plants that re-establish within two weeks at destination. Report any DOA within 48 hours with photos — our live-arrival terms cover it.
